Jewellery - Howlite

A relatively soft stone, Howlite has a high calcium content and is generally white or cream with darker grey veins. This juxtaposition of colour is said to represent an acceptance of the mixture of darkness and light in everyone.

Howlite is also said to increase its wearer's powers of observation: to allow them to recognise patterns of behavoiur in others and in themselves. But also, even more strongly, Howlite is said to instil a sense of great patience and gentleness in dealing with negative behaviour patterns in a tactful and constructive manner.
