Kambaba Jasper

Jasper comes in many combinations of colours and patterns but Kambaba Jasper is known for its deep, mottled bottle-green colour. This is an intensely protective stone that offers a slow, steady energy to its wearer, and is therefore said to be an especially good aid to recuperation.

A grounding stone, it is said to provide balance between the physical and spiritual, aid assertiveness and encourage personal independence. Legend has it that jasper could protect its wearer from snake and spider bites, and Native Americans traditionally used the stone in rain-making ceremonies.

Freshwater Pearl

When a single, rough grain of sand irritates an oyster, it is gradually transformed into a beautiful pearl. So too this gem reminds its wearer to transform the irritations of life, to seek serenity and to walk with dignity.

Long ago it was believed that pearls were moonbeams which fell into the ocean and were swallowed by oysters. In the East, pearls symbolise prosperity and long life, while in the West, they are said to represent innocence and a pure heart, instilling a sense of calm self-acceptance, while stimulating feminine integrity.

Moss Agate

A member of the chalcedony family, Agate comes in a wide range of colours and patterns, often displaying distinct bands of colour. Moss agate, also known as 'tree agate', is characterised by its pattern of deep green tendrils against an opaque white or translucent matrix.

Moss Agate is said to be particularly useful in helping its wearer to connect to nature, and is a favourite of gardeners. It is also said to aid its wearer in moderating the balance between logic and emotions, helping methodical people to let go of some of their restrictions, and creative types to manifest their visions in practical ways.
